Position Overview: As a BHP, you will work 1:1 with children, providing essential support and guidance to help them overcome behavioral and/or emotional challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping students succeed. You will collaborate with a Masters-Level clinician at Casa, as well as teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to children with behavioral and emotional needs.
Monitor and document progress.
Foster a positive and encouraging environment to help children build confidence and skills.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and others to ensure comprehensive support.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $22.25 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. After 90 days, employees with their own health insurance through a group life, MaineCare or TriCare are eligible for a $4 differential, i.e. $26.25+/hr in just 90 days!

Qualifications:
