If so, we invite you to join our team as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) supporting public schools in the Greater Portland area.

And yes, we will provide all training. . . and it’s paid!

Position Overview: As a BHP, you will work 1:1 with children, providing essential support and guidance to help them overcome behavioral and/or emotional challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping students succeed. You will collaborate with a Masters-Level clinician at Casa, as well as teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with behavioral and emotional needs.

  • Monitor and document progress.

  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment to help children build confidence and skills.

  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and others to ensure comprehensive support.
