If so, we invite you to join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our 16-bed nursing facility in Scarborough, supporting both adults and children with developmental disabilities.
Position Overview: As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. With a staffing ratio of 1 CNA to 3 or 4 clients, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a significant impact. You will work within a supportive team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care.

About the CNA position…
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care to residents with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and document residents' health and progress.
Foster a positive and encouraging environment to promote residents' well-being.
Communicate effectively with other staff members and families to ensure comprehensive care.
